Steadfast Supper Club is offering a new style of dining that presents an honest and personal cuisine prepared in the comfort and safety of your home. The multi-course menu will be crafted a unique experience for up to 12 guests.
The Process After your initial inquiry, we will contact you with some questions to help craft the theme of your evening. For example: favorite cuisine and beverages, any dietary concerns you may have, service style, kitchen set-up, and equipment. We can set a date for your event and place a deposit to hold the reservation. (Holidays and distances over 45 miles from Grand Rapids incur a premium, contact for more information) Event Day We will arrive at your home 2-3 hours prior to guest arrival time. After the initial preparations are underway, the table will be set accordingly, and a bar if requested. The meal will be cooked and served, then the kitchen will be cleaned as if we were never there. The Cost Inclusive of menu planning, food, shopping, cooking, food and beverage service, all plates, flatware and glassware, as well as clean up for the evening. 5-course dinner is $140 per person 7-course dinner is $170 per person Beverages If you would like to include wine pairings for the meal, I work with fantastic local purveyors to expertly pair each course to a specific wine. The wine cost is billed directly to you without an up-charge. We will settle up at the end of the evening for this. 5-course wine pairing is approximately $30 per person 7-course wine pairing is approximately $40 per person |
