The Process After your initial inquiry, we will contact you with some questions to help craft the theme of your evening. For example: favorite cuisine and beverages, any dietary concerns you may have, service style, kitchen set-up, and equipment. We can set a date for your event and place a deposit to hold the reservation. (Holidays, the month of December and distances over 45 miles from Grand Rapids incur a premium, contact for more information) Event Day We will arrive at your home 2-3 hours prior to guest arrival time. After the initial preparations are underway, the table will be set accordingly. The meal will be cooked and served, then the kitchen will be cleaned as if we were never there. The Cost Inclusive of menu planning, food, shopping, cooking, food and beverage service, all plates, flatware and glassware, as well as clean up for the evening. 5-course dinner is $185 per person 7-course dinner is $223 per person |
